The hotel has a very good energy. They are very environmentally friendly. For example, they don't use plastic water bottles, they put water in a nice glass bottle. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. Special praise goes to Sam from the reception, who welcomes you with really positive energy, he is very responsive and friendly. Every hotel needs a receptionist like that.

Everything. The service, the staff. I have been to 5 stars hotel around the world and wanted to try this hotel due to the reviews and trust me I have not been disappointed. AMAZINGGGG Big thanks to Soulaiman, Farak and everyone. If you have such amazing professional staff it can only be amazing. I will definitely come back!!!

Check in staff were very resourceful and polite. Loved the variety of healthy options for breakfast Room was impeccably clean all the time. The recommendation to upgrade to the Burj Kalifa view was worth the money. Concierge were always on hand to arrange a taxi.

I stayed in City Seasons Towers from 04 to 08 Dec 2025 in room 1015. It was like home away from home. My stay there was an amazing one. All the staff were extremely nice. There were Mr. Jawed, Ms Yamin, Ms Joyce, Mr. Mohamed, the Bell boys, the restaurant staff at breakfast and everyone else (don't know there names.) I would like to thank you all for being like family to me and to make my stay an enjoyable one. I will surely be back. The location is perfect. Close to the Burjuman Mall and metro. Thank you all once again.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I deal with in Dubai. The location is excellent, next to BurJuman Mall. The service is outstanding, and the reception staff are wonderful

I was upgraded. Thank you Saiud who was very helpful when i checked in. Clean hotel. Exec room is very spacious. Location next to Burjuman mall is excellent too.
