The staff were awesome, very friendly and welcoming. You couldn't ask for more. We left something in the room and they called us after we returned to own home country to follow up on us. That was amazing. The staff were always on hand ready to help. The property itself was very nice and clean. It was sandwich between two Metro Stations that made transportation around very easy. The Burjuman Mall is within a walking distance and there is a 24 hour grocery shopping nearby.

Located right next to the Metro and Burjuman Mall. Easy access to restaurants and banks. They upgraded my room for free and the room was spacious and clean. Helpful staff. Good restaurant and food. All staff members were very helpful with special mention about Shameer (Concierge)
