I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, a jogging park (perfect for early morning or evening runs), and the metro station. It’s also near Deira City Centre and other key facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Abdallah and others whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. Highly recommended!

it was a magical experience. Mohammed greeted us with a warm smile and arranged a room upgrade with a spectacular view. Thanks to him, we felt genuinely valued. Everything else food, pool, and service was excellent too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great, and they provide a free shuttle bus service, which was very convenient. The staff was exceptional, especially Camelia, David, and Sisal. They were always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Camelia for going above and beyond to decorate our room and arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The room was a well-equipped studio with everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Once again, thank you, Camelia, for making our experience so special! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
