Spacious bedrooms ! Cleaning personnel is available all day , they were always helpful and very polite! I had my birthday and the hotel fill up the room with balloons and they sent me a birthday cake!!

Welcoming was great, the staff was amazing from beginning to end. I’ve been upgraded to a business suite for the third time I come here. The vibes are very nice, you have a lot of facilities, great restaurants (Belgian, Japanese, Indian restaurants, Karaoke, another bar where you can dance, groceries), breakfast is nice, the place looks beautiful and is clean, one of the best value for money in Dubai to be not that far from The Palm, JBR and Downtown at the same time. One of my favorite places in Dubai where I feel like home and for sure will come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mövenpick Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious rooms and outstanding amenities. What truly stood out, however, was the fantastic service, particularly from Anas at the front desk.

Staff were so attentive and the service could not be faulted. Despite then hotel pool being shut we were offered a fabulous alternative to visit their other hotel on the Palm with all transfers organised very efficiently
