The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was very pleasant and had a perfect view to the Burj Al Arab. The assortment of food and drinks by the breakfast and dinner was great. You should not miss it! Free transfer to the Kite beach was a good extra benefit.

This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai.

This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai. If you're in Dubai, just visit it since it's within the route of the Dubai Metro Red line. It has the world famous Ski Dubai. To me personally, I love visiting their food course as they have the most variety of selections of food outlets.

Our experience at the Mall of the Emirates was exceptional. With an impressive selection of shops, world-class dining options, and fantastic entertainment choices, it's a shopper's paradise. Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope, is a unique attraction. Conveniently located and offering a great shopping experience, it's a must-visit in Dubai.

If you go early its very quiet.

If you go early its very quiet. I feel like MoE has played a key part in our lives since we moved to Dubai. From summer camp at Ski Dubai to family dinners at Din Tai Fung or the usual Friday morning grocery shop its like home. Fast to adapt to covid we always feel safe and comfortable there.

The location is great for the Mall of the Emirates (less than an 5 minute walk) and the main transport hubs - bus & metro stations. Plenty of affordable places to eat in the area, and you can easily walk to the Jumeirah Beach Road area in 30-40 minutes. We have stayed in 8 different accommodations in Dubai over the last few years and the swimming pool here has been the best by far. Nice moderate sized gym and the sauna was good too. Nice, friendly and polite staff, all very helpful.

The facilities were amazing! Separate steam room/sauna & jacuzzi for men & women. Pools & beach were good too. Beds were comfortable & housekeeping staff did a good job. Breakfast & lunch/dinner in buffet restaurant Mezzerie was some of the best variety & quality. Shoaib at breakfast was very accomadatiing. And shuttle bus to Dubai mall & mall of the emirates was a plus point. Thankyou to the entire team… we will be back again!

It's not my first stay at this facility, so I'm a returning client for a reason. Many times I was upgraded to a 1BR instead of studio, which is great. The rooms are big, and there's plenty of space everywhere. The location is top. Very close to the Mall of the Emirates/metro/bus. The rooms are cleaned daily, so the service and the location is great.
