After 1 night at room 640, we moved to 1021. It was near perfect. The layout of spacious shower room, toilet , living room, bed room and dining area are well thought out. The Duty Manager, Hazem was very helpful and enthusiatic to make things better for every guests. Staff are helpful. We are delighted to extend our stay with Kempinski. Breakfast spread is a nice experiece and energising with power shot. Lounge is comfortable but would be great if the evening drinks could be extended. The location is convenient for shoppers and ski lovers. It's just within 5mins walk from our room to Ski Dubai which is located inside the mall. The concierge was helpful. We made a booking with Oceanair Travel for Safari Desert Tour. The 5-hours tour was amazing. Thanks for the excellent selection. Every hotel needs caring and responsible Duty Manager like Hazem.

The staff, facilities and room were superb. All effort is made to make the stay very memorable and comfortable. The free shuttle to the Mall and the beach is a great bonus as is the close proximity of the metro. Although the road outside can be very busy there was no noise from inside the room. The pool and other amenities were great too. During this stay we had a special occasion to celebrate and the hotel went above and beyond to add to the special time, thank you for what you did!

Had a wonderdul second stay here at Dusit D2. They provide wonderful service, very professional and everything is very clean. Particularly Zakir, Imran from the receptions service have been extra welcoming and catering. Asif also who cleans my room does an amazing job and he was always ready and waiting to clean! Will stay here again!
