Fantastic stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, connected to the Dubai Mall and close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to move around the city. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Nice restaurants with a fantastic view of Burj Khalifa. We stayed at the Taj Dubai for my wife's birthday. It is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, tidy, all fittings sparkling and working, the room was quite spacious and the views amazing. The location is really good, being walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and an easy taxi ride to The Frame. We had an initial issue the first night due to something in the room triggering allergies, despite the fact it was late at night, the staff were super helpful and bent over backwards to assist. They even moved us to a new room for the night and then re-roomed us the following day to ensure everything was ok. We joined the Taj Lounge where the treatment stepped up even more. Jaideep, and Shange, working with Khevana provided an absolute first class service for us. Jaideep's cocktails are truly a work of art! I cannot recommend this hotel high enough. A true five star destination, that we will surely visit again.

OMGGG!! I loved everything about this hotel. Amazing hospitality and people! Maria, the first person I met upon arrival with her beautiful honest smile at reception and Jennifer at front desk were the people that made me feel comfortable and happy from the very first moment. The executive suite was amazing, the view, the atmosphere, the staff making sure every day my day started and ended with the best possible way! Also the gym… the pool!! Everything perfect! Definitely my hotel from now on when visiting Dubai- can’t wait to go back with my family this time to enjoy it even more…
