Wonderful stay in a beautiful, homely hotel. The suite, food and facilities were superb. The highlight for me was the politeness of the staff. I have never encountered such helpful, personable staff in any other hotel, anywhere in the world. Absolutely delightful people and a credit to the hotel.

Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed, food at the steak restaurant was delicious, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it is an excellent location for the red line metro station and the world trade centre. Also had a partial view of Burj Khalifa from my room which was nice.

Everything and also the service of a Khalifa who is number one There was good and excellent service. This hotel seems to me to be number one in the world. The service of Khalifa, who took excellent care of us, was a beautiful stay and I highly recommend it.
