Beautiful hotel with excellent service! The design is a mix of the middle east and Egypt. This hotel deserves its 5 stars. We didn't use the pool and spa but my feedback is based on the hospitality of the friendly staff (all the staff without exception, helped with all the requests with responsiveness and smile), the size of the room, and the service. You have everything you may need in the room, and the cleaning and air conditioning are good. Even the view from our balcony to a working construction site didn't change my impression. I would be happy to come back

The room was very big, the receptionist upgraded the room to the big suite. The breakfast was plentiful and dellecious. The staff was very supportive. The building new and the location very close to the center

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt very relaxed during my time there. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was tasty and of good quality, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back again
