Everything is good! Room is big and clean, bed is comfy, all facilities are pretty new, interior decoration is modern and beautiful. Front desk staff are all very helpful, especially one staff helped us to purchase Iguazu Falls tickets online patiently as we don’t understand Spanish, lots of info required to fill in online , highly appreciated!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quaint and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and the bed/linens were very nice. Breakfast was good and the rooftop lounge was a nice bonus!
