Staff and personnel were super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our safe but crew fixed it immediately. Location. Whole climate of the hostel was great. Jaguar- friendly cat running around guests.

Pleasant and safety place. I appreciate safe deposit of our baggage at the reception before our departure to the airport and the precise arrival of taxi ordered by the receptionist.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. (Every single one of them!) We're luxurious kittens when it comes to bed comfort. We rate them a 9/10 Breakfast is of quality. The walls on the street side are well isolated to keep out general traffic noice. Will stay here again in our next trip to buenos aires.
