I like the location in Palermo, the helpful staff (especially Natalia) and I loved our room 301! My only small complaint (very small) is the coffee you serve is lousy! Very bitter and served in small pots that went cold quickly. But that is a small thing….we otherwise loved the Glu hotel!🙂

Bromelia is a calm, serene, classy, amazing hotel. While it is not close to the center of a very busy large city, the shops and eateries close by are excellent. The hotel is everything we hoped to find to relax after a busy day touring.
