This is a traditional Vienna hotel in a historical building. It is situated in the busy street next to Praterstern but most of the rooms face an internal courtyard and it is very quiet there. There are shops and restaurants around. The hotel has an easy connection to the railway station (direct metro) and the airport (train). It is also quite easy to walk from there to the centre of the city. I had a single room on the second floor, there was a fridge and a kettle, to make tea or coffee. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was served from 6.30 (really appreciated) and the choice was very good. I especially liked the cakes (with apricots and cherries), they seemed home made (if so, I would like to have a recipe as they were truly delicious). All in all, my only regret was that my stay was so short.

We just love the place! Rooms are beautiful, the food was so delicious, that we didnt really want to stop eating. But the staff members are, what makes the huge difference from other hotels. The hotel is super original in it's open space design and interior solutions. It's cosy and in a great location! Breakfast was one of the best we have had chance to have in hotels around Europe, and the terrace view from the restaurant was an additional plus.
