The staff was fantastic and cordial. The place was well-decorated, new, clean. You practically had everything needed for a nice and tranquil stay. Check out also the restaurant-pizzeria close to the hotel where they suggest you go for a meal. Highly recommended.

It was one of the best hotel experience we had ever. Top hotel on top locatio. We don't have words to describe fantastiic decoratio, luxury, sefvice etc. Of course without perfect staff it woul not be posible (from guy who parked pur car to people on reception, also in restaurant. We are sure when we visit Wiena next time we will stay in this hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. We liked that the rooms are soundproofed well, even though the traffic is under the window, nothing can be heard in the rooms. Parking is in the same building only on the lower floor, which made our stay with two babies a lot easier because going to the car to get things was easy. The hotel staff is wonderful. If we come to Vienna again, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The receptionist was more than helpful. Very kind and willing to help. Excellent communication through booking massages center, fast reply with always a good attitude. I strongly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, great room, everything was spotless clean.

We had a spectacular time at hotel Josefine! We couldn't have picked a better hotel to cellebrate our anniversary in! The staff were extremely helpful and kind, the hotel is just stunning and the breakfast is delicious, with many vegan options.
