This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. I ordered an omelette and miso soup, both of which were excellent. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Wien. I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Wien.

Has a great location just few minutes from Museum quarter and Mariahilfestrase. Staff ia super friendly & helpfull. Food is amazing, little oriental style but can fit any taste. I will for sure visit again

Really friendly staff, different design for all rooms which is a hit or miss but we loved those that we got! Very spacious depending on the room type and what you pay for. Really comfy bed and really nice breakfast! Loved it!

the staff was more than nice, it was always a pleasure interacting with them, we felt totally cared for. the area of Vienna was new to us and we really liked the feel of it, the restaurants and cafes, and lack of tourist hordes.
