I had a wonderful stay at this charming and classy hotel. The atmosphere is elegant, and the service is exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I had an early morning departure and requested a breakfast package at 4 AM—they accommodated my request with great care and kindness. The room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom had underfloor heating, which was nice. We had a room to the garden, and it was very calm. However, the garden is also a smoking area, so you can't open the window the whole time if the smell bothered you. I liked that we had the option to decline everyday cleaning and as a result you would get a voucher for the bar. (The hotel has an eco-friendly label and prides itself on that, justifiably so) Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The location was ideal for us. You have access to the U-Bahn, Tram, Bus, S-Bahn. It's close to the Prater. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The have a luggage drop with big lockers, so it's secured and only you have the key to access it.
