Charmingly old, the hotel was comfortable, clean and had everything one might need - attention to detail was extraordinary. Room was cosy, warm and a decent size and the bathroom was quite big. Breakfast was varied and had all the possible options. We had a room that looked onto the courtyard, and it was really quiet. Location was excellent, 5 minute walk from the center of tow.

Everything! the little garden outside, the very friendly staff, the breakfast was amazing …. My son got a little handwritten letter and chocolate for his birthday during our stay, and the staff at the breakfast helped me to make a nice table for him as a surprise when he came down to eat in the morning… when we arrived our room was not ready, but the staff made us any drink we wanted from the menu at the bar, for free, and made us comfortable outside in the sofas in the garden- and half an hour later they came out to tell us the room was ready!

Vienna's oldest hotel is located directly in the city centre, only 50 metres away from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of many other sights.
