Amazing location and very cute little boutique hotel in the heart of Salzburg. But more than the location was the amazing attention by the wonderful staff. They went out of their way to accomodate our requests and help us figure out the best way to get around. I was traveling with my 87 year old father and the manager was so attentive to him and his needs. The kitchen staff made a special meal for us upon the manager's request, even though the kitchen was closed. They made room for us during lunch even though they were fully booked. Really personal treatment and attention. Thank you!

The hotel is located just 15 minutes from the city center. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the city center, and the hotel even provides free bus tickets. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options.
