The manager was amazing. My plane was delayed and then I got lost. She waited all night for me to arrive. She was very friendly and helped me feel welcomed and calm.

We got upgraded to a top floor suite, and it was the most amazing experience we could ask for! The room was spacious with a gorgeous uninterrupted view of the Sydney Harbour bridge at a distance. All kitchenette and storage facilities in place. Smiling courteous staff. Great breakfast. Superb location - walking distance from Burwood station and bus stops.
