The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel to rest and recover after a surgery I had. Everyone was so kind. The lounge on the top level is comfortable and nice. I liked the coffee and tea options over there.

Everything - it was essentially a one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We were VERY comfortable and found the staff very accommodating and engaging. It was very close to fabulous restaurants, a grocery store, the Train/Subway for trips into town (and even to/from the airport if we hadn't chosen an Uber). It was a very short Uber ride from the airport, which made it very convenient.

Very attentive staff. Close to Redfern Station for convenient trips to wharf and other sites. Room with patio was delightful to have breakfast on. Nespresso coffee machine was a plus!
