Hotel very centrally located, lots of food and shopping in walking distance. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel breakfast had a very large selection, covering dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend the hotel. Great time away very relaxing.

We arrived earlier than the official check-in time but the lovely receptionist got us checked in right away. Amazing service, we really enjoyed the room too. Within walking distance to the main attractions. We also liked the open corridor—helped us gauge if we were properly dressed for the Melbourne winter!
