The staff were all polite, friendly, and very welcoming with their smiles, and they consistently provided prompt responses, typically within half a day, whenever I left a message. Due to our tour group itinerary, we had a very late check-in, and we sincerely appreciate their accommodation and flexibility regarding our late arrival. We were delighted by the abundance of complimentary amenities, including numerous snacks, drinks, and beers. A fantastic added benefit was the ability to refill sparkling water bottles just down the hall. Breakfast, served starting at 6:30 AM, was a very generous buffet featuring bread, jams, honey, oatmeal bowls, fresh fruit, milk, and plant-based milk options. Finally, the bed was incredibly comfortable—it felt like being enveloped in feathers—and was so good that I wish I knew the brand so I could buy one for home!

Always a pleasure to visit Kings Park.

Always a pleasure to visit Kings Park. It’s amazing that there is such beautiful nature to enjoy overlooking Perth city centre. It’s a unique place. There are many highlights that you have to go and explore for yourself.

Fabulous views of Perth city and the Swan River.

Fabulous views of Perth city and the Swan River. A cool oasis if the weather is hot and great picnic areas. Also, a very good restaurant. Make sure that you do the sky bridge walk but it does close at 5 p.m. each day. Allow plenty of time to see the Botanic Gardens where we spent all of our two hours. Many other walking and jogging tracks in native bushland, easily spend a whole day there. If you do not have a car, there is a free public bus that departs from Elizabeth Quay. Get a map of 5 separate free bus routes around Perth, available at Perth Train Station or Information Centre.

Kings Park is a MUST visit place when visiting Perth.

Kings Park is a MUST visit place when visiting Perth. Allow at least half a day to walk through the Botanical Garden and do the Tree Top walk, take a picnic and look out at the views over the Swan River and City Skyline. But if you don't have a lot of time, it is still worth a visit even if you just drive through. If you have children there are some really great adventure play parks within Kings Park that are well worth taking them to.

Fabulous, I don't think anyone should visit Perth without spending a few hours here. Especially in August and September when so many wildlflowers are out. The gift shop is fantastic, such good quality gifts on offer. Restaurant also offering lots of variety.

Great location, close to the CBD (minutes away) and beautiful Kings Park. Rooms a good size, with kitchen facilities if needed. We stayed on top floor. Nice renovation of a 60’s building. The front section of this hotel was built in the 1920’s and has a nice cafe/restaurant, this open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, great menu. Our stayed was very relaxing and a nice change from staying in the cbd of Perth. This hotel was great find and a pleasant surprise. We looking forward to staying in the future.

The location is great. The appartement is located just under the Kings Park, next to Jacob's Ladder (steps end up at the back of the park). Centrum is walking distance. The appartement complex has a pool and a tennis court available for the tenants. While the building is just next to a small highway, I did not hear the cars passing by. The appartement is small, but well equipped. The host was friendly ad flexible with adding one extra night to my stay.

What a hidden gem. Ideal location, walking distance into Kings Park, the convention centre, Elizabeth Quay but also in a lovely quiet spot. Rooms are new and immaculate. They have thought of everything. Nice little extras in the vanity drawer. Moccona coffee in the room. Comfy beds, slippers. Super helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. You won’t find better in the city, this is my go to hotel now when I’m in Perth.
