Our stay at the Sheraton Baku was absolutely exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Not only were they incredibly attentive throughout our stay, but when I accidentally left a personal item behind, they personally arranged to send it all the way to my home — something I truly didn’t expect and deeply appreciate. The room we stayed in had the most spectacular views of Baku, making our mornings and evenings truly special. From start to finish, the service was flawless, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

Our stay at the Merchant was excellent. The beds are super comfy and the showers fantastic. The location is right in the best area for food and access to the old city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to the reception team who were so helpful with advice and getting us and our bags to our taxi in a traffic jam!

The staff was not accommodating.

The staff was not accommodating. As a tourist and my first time there, I didn't know where to buy the ticket or the rules of the museum such as not allowed to take photos or to leave our bags in the locker even with valuables in it. I found the staff rude and lazy, most on the phone and laughed at mishaps such as me taking photo of the carpet and bringing my backpack inside. Anyway, the carpets were great, I was able to read about the designs and origins and appreciate local modern art as well.
