Everything went perfectly since my arrival to my departure. All members of staff genuinely care for their guests and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. One member of staff even gave me a small gift which meant a lot for me and I will treasure forever. The hotel itself is in a a beautiful spot with great views on the Crooked Bridge and the river. The room was clean and had a view on the river. It was definitely one of the best places I have ever been! Thanks again to everyone who made my stay very special!

Fantastic location right outside the old town and a five minute walk to all it's splendor. Clean and fresh non-smoking room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Parking was easily accessible.

Spacious room. Lots of choices for breakfast. The hotel shares the building with a shopping mall which is convenient when one is looking for a super market. Really large bathroom, I almost felt lost in it :) I had a nice view fromy window.

The staff was really nice and kind, the Turkish breakfast was big and tasty! Loved the location, near the old bridge (5 min) and the crooked brige (amazing views) and also lots of local stores, restaurants, souvenirs, etc! Room was as expected, clean and comfy bed 🥰
