Very central to church and walks to the hill. Wonderful views of Cross mountain and Podbrdo. Staff so lovely and gave us an upgrade as it was possible on this occasion which was most kind of them as we’d been with them previously. But even if this had not had happened it is a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Medjugorje. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very well managed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and eager to accommodate our requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere around the hotel adds to the spiritual and serene feeling of Medjugorje, making it the perfect place to stay while visiting the town. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Medjugorje. It truly enhanced our experience and made our visit even more special.

A lovely and generous stay at Hotel Quercus We stayed at Hotel Quercus as part of a group and had a truly lovely experience. The staff were kind and welcoming, and Mr. Mario took great care of us. He treated us to cold drinks a few times because of the summer heat, took us to the pool himself when our taxi was late, and even offered us a free dinner one evening as there was extra food prepared. These small gestures made a big difference and showed how much they care about their guests. The hotel was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We’re very grateful and hope to return.

St. Jacobs Church

Dedicated to the patron saint of pilgrims, this twin-spired church is said to watch over the faithful who flock to Međugorje. It was rebuilt between 1934 and 1969, after the original structure became unsound, and an outdoor altar was added. Together with a purpose-built prayer area, it meant the church can now host thousands of worshippers at a time.

Very nice area for catholics.

Very nice area for catholics. They have the main church, hich is small for nowadays. So, behind the church, you will find another Church altar ith a lot off wooden benches. There as where we prayed, we attended mass and a little more futher it is where you can find the Jesus Christ bronze statue that water comes out of his knee.
