I had the best stay of my life at New Point in São Paulo. Everything was super clean, the breakfast for one person was more than enough and always on time and delicious. The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, respectful, smiling, warm and welcoming. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Leaving was really sad because everyone there was so genuinely nice. Room had a great view on São Paulo’s skyline, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast room looks fantastic with all the plants. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It is big and super well stocked with weights, machines, including some that you wouldn’t usually see in a hotel gym (stairmaster for example). It is also accessible to external users I believe, but it was never too busy when I went. The pool is great, and makes it hard to believe you are in the centre of Sao Paulo. Staff was nice upon check in and check out and spoke great English.
