I stayed at Paradiso Pero Praia for five nights. The good news first: The hotel is beautifully situated right on the beach. We had a great room with large windows overlooking the sea. It's a nice middle-class family hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet and not touristy. For dinner in the evening, you have to drive about 20 minutes to find nice, cosy restaurants.

Set in a colonial house next to Canal do Itajuru river, Solar do Arco offers accommodation in Cabo Frio. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Everything, the location, breakfast, room. The building is absolutely stunning and staff were super friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend staying here enough.

I've had breakfasts in many countries around the world, and this one stands out as one of the best I've ever had. The selection of food was outstanding, with a wide variety of both sweet and savoury options to choose from. The fresh fruit was particularly impressive, and the pastries were also exceptional, with a range of local and international options.

Staff was really welcoming, ant the breakfast was a good surprise.

Good location. Nice staff, helpful. You feel welcome. Facility could be refreshed but in general it's a good value for monay.
