Location, view, cleanliness, excellent staff. Staff were very understanding to rectify mistake made by Booking.com. I requested for room with view but Booking.com seem to have ignored my request and placed me in a random room, thanks to the wonderful staff at Marriott who got me the right room with a beautiful room.

Spent 2 nights at the courtyard with my family of 4. We had an infant with us and required afew things which the staff happily sorted us with. We were on 10th floor with the City views which were breath taking. Amazing first time experience and given the chance would visit the same place again. And yes its a 10 minute walk to view the amazing niagra falls

What lovely staff you have! All of the staff went above and beyond to help with an early check in and make the stay a pleasure to be there. Manager was exceptional and very humble. Breakfast was perfectly presented and all you needed. Pumpkin seeds 👌🏽 Thank you all 😊 take care.

Living close to the Falls, I tend to visit the area in the off-season as it is less crowded then. The Journey Behind the Falls is open year-round ( think) as I have visited this attraction during both peaked tourist season and off-season over the years. During the summer months, the wait time to get into this attraction requires patience as the line-up is LONG! I visited this attraction in November more than once and there is no line-up and no crowded conditions in the tunnel below and behind the Falls.

Spacious and clean 17th floor room overlooking the Falls - absolutely stunning view! Excellent location for being able to walk to the Skylon Tower, Journey Behind The Falls and boat trip (all part of a single walking tour package), and plenty of restaurants close by as for no particular reason we didn't eat at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.
