It was comfortable, staffs were nice and helpful, specially Mr. ISAH, such a sweet guy. & also Saul. Room was big enough for two, small fridge, micro, coffee pods, etc *Breakfast arrangements* were cute, I wud say... they offered all u need, coffee, tea, waffles, pancakes, muffins, breads, bagel, spreads.. Cereals and egg..!! What else do u need. There is a shopping mall nearby, St laurent, about 5mins walk from the hotel, which was convenient.

Everything, we weren’t planning to stay in Ottawa but at the last minute we booked the hotel, it was perfect, the room was huge and beautiful, my kids used the pool and they loved it, the staff is incredible

Great central location, room was very comfortable and good sized. About a 10 min walk to Byward Market. Standard breakfast included. The room was very quiet despite the very central location and busy intersection that it's on. They have security on site 24hr due to being right across the street from a homeless shelter
