Everything was superb. Ladies at reception where very helpful. Excellent service all round. Perfect location. Tram stop is round the corner.

I stayed in a roomy, sun lit room on the 5th floor. Good selection of pillows to choose from. Impeccably clean. The Front Desk staff are very helpful. Sebastian in particular was very nice.
