I really enjoyed my stay. Had Mountain view in my reservation but got upgraded to a double room, very spacious. And a large balcony where I took food back for dinner and just enjoyed the view. The hotel has a super spa: steam, ice, different saunas etc - which was included in the room. The staff was super nice and helpful also.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Everything is perfect. It's even cheaper than Zermatt's Matterhorn view. Matterhorn is solely yours from your own room. Amazing view of sunrise of Matterhorn. Strongly recommend. Staff are so friendly, and they helped me when I suffered from altitude sickness.
