Beautiful renovated hotel. Everything just to very high standards - from the front desk and door to the spa personel. Facilities just worked perfectly. Decorations beautiful and personalized. Despite being a big hotel one really felt welcome and like "home".

The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access anywhere in the city and any other areas around the lake. Staff were very kind, always pleasant, and helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection, the rooms were clean and spacious.
