Majestic hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful rooms with a surprise upgrade for my birthday. Fabulous breakfast choices. The staff at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly, happy and helpful. We will be back but for longer.

The room was neat and nicely lit. The location is perfect. Bang opposite the train station, which was a big plus for me. The main market was also nearby. Most importantly, the staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful. Whenever, I travel to Lausanne, i am always staying here!
