It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

Carlton Europe Hotel enjoys a central location on the Höheweg promenade, 100 metres from the Interlaken Ost Train Station. It offers free WiFi access.

The service and staffs there are really good. For the location, it very convenient, very close to the train station. Of course, I will recommend to my friends to stay in CE.
