It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

Carlton Europe Hotel enjoys a central location on the Höheweg promenade, 100 metres from the Interlaken Ost Train Station. It offers free WiFi access.

The property had lots of character with vintage items to see placed all around. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a balcony room at the views were outstanding.
