Excellent services. Thanks to the welcome by Melanie. Breakfast very personalized by amazing staff. Rooms are nice and sizes too. Location is nearly perfect. Limousine driver couldn't find the hotel entry. So you need to precise In Gassen.

The location is great. It only takes around 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy, I spent 4 nights in there during the new year, and I love here a lot. Therefore, I am planning to come back again with my family next year. 😀

the observatory itself suffers from air quality. BUT the Jules Verne bar near the top is a total hit: a fabulous view over the old town - be amazed about the layout of the streets (i always am a bit puzzled which is which=, and they also have a nice selection of drinks.
