This was the most charming boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect it would be so great considering the more than reasonable price. The architecture of the building is very beautiful and the interior is very nice and decorated with taste. Patricia is a wonderful host, very helpful and with a lovely energy. This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

If you are by any chance in Santiago- just do not hesitate a second. It’s an amazing experience. Everything about this place is just top. Even the neighbourhood- the Barro Italia part of the city is the only where I feel safe.
