This is a fabulous family run hotel in the central area of viña del mar. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive. We stayed during our honeymoon travels and they left us with a special message and glass of champagne to celebrate. Incredibly sweet extra touch was appreciated. The breakfast is very good and well organised. They even did some laundry for us. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay, would stay again!

I usually don't leave reviews but i was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was and especially how welcome the people working there made me feel! They were always ready to give me advice or recommendations for places to see and things to do. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll be sure to come back if i'm ever in Viña again!

Kathy was very helpful and kind and the place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was located near to the center of Reñaca, the breakfast was delicious, beautiful room and bathroom, at the same time there was a nice warm bath and backyard.
