The staff were very attentive and friendly. They offered luggage storage service when we went did our trek. As we had booked the same accommodation for a night after completing our trek, we checked in and the luggages we stored were already in our room. Coming back to a warm bed after 4 days of trekking was very much needed.

It was a lovely small hotel with amazing views over the water ways and snow capped mountains beyond. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with everything we could have wanted (nice poached eggs!). A big parking area which was appreciated. Thank you to the staff for a memorable stay.

Tastefully decorated property with a nice view of the ocean. Was a great start and end to our visit to Torres del Paine. Antonieta and Ben were wonderful hosts- arranged taxis, stored our luggage.

Simple Patagonia was amazing! The rooms are gorgeous, especially the ones with those huge windows overlooking the water. Just watching the sunset from my room was incredible. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super helpful in renting e-bikes and organizing a taxi for a day trip.
