The hotel has a great location, with a wide variety of breakfast options. My brother was very nice to greet me at the entrance and helped me with my luggage during check-in and check-out. Because my wife and children wanted to go to Disney, Jerry and Mars helped me very seriously and solved many problems. The restaurant manager talked to me a lot, and the Christmas Eve buffet dinner was great. Due to flight issues, I need to wake up at 3am to tidy up. I asked even if he could have some breakfast, and he helped me order the dishes. Thank you very much. I will continue to stay in Shanghai next month.

People there are very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Guo Rui 郭锐 was very professional and patient. We checked in by him, it let us feel like at home in the first moment. The hotel is easily accessible with a short walk from the metro station. It’s located in a beautiful, green, park-like area. The building itself is stunning and elegant. The room and bathroom were spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. The view was pleasant, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic – generous, delicious, and truly luxurious. The staff were also very friendly and professional.
