The staff are exceptionally nice, attentive and very well spoken. You are greeted with a cup of coffee or tea, an introduction into the area and they accompany you to your room. While the rooms might be a bit small, you feel their care, even in the decorated hallways. The area is great as well, two metro station close by and big new mall. You can walk around the hutongs and enjoy the scenery as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Very early check in was free. Professional, precise and kind staff. Very good location, near the lama temple (by walk 1,5 km) and Forbidden city. The staff speak in englis very good. Best rate price/value. Delicious breakfast. Free high quality coffe (italian, made from coffe been) and high quality black and green tee all day. The beddings are very clean. Every day cleaning and towel changeing.

Super clean and near the subway. This hotel (though not very new), it feels like home. The hotel staff makes extra effort to ensure we had a good stay. The bed was comfortable, and I love the super clean toilet. Kudos to staff Kelvin Li, he had upgraded our room knowing it was my birthday.
