The service, the location, the room, the breakfast and the pool..everything was excellent!

Overall, a nice hotel with a modern interior, very, very clean, and excellent service (including English-speaking staff). Fresh water was delivered to the room every day. We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was already available, and we were able to check in immediately without any hassle. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and European cuisine. There were plenty of options, and the food was very tasty and of high quality. Many dishes were freshly prepared in front of you (I never got bored with the fresh omelettes). There was also an abundance of vegetables and fruits—the watermelon was a daily must-have for the children. The pictures provided were truly representative, and there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The rooms are spacious; we stayed in a standard room with two adults and two children, and it was comfortable. A couple staying in the same room would have plenty of space. The bathroom setup was particularly nice, with a separate toilet and a very large shower. I especially liked how the shower floor was designed—every hotel should adopt this feature. The location is within walking distance of the metro and railway station, yet you don’t feel like you’re near a station. There was absolutely no noise from the surroundings. According to other guests’ demography, this is a truly family- and children-friendly hotel.

Great hotel, very welcoming front desk, very good english, large public area, they have a mini bar and coffee, big courtyard outside, beautiful flowers, there are also some lovely little turtles. The room is very clean and the aunt cleans it in a timely manner. It is good and worth recommending

Basic but spotless. Perfect if you just need a bed and a shower. metro stop 2 minutes away!

Great location. The room and service exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The butler service is excellent. I would stay here again next time. Highly recommend it.
