We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. This was our first trip to Shanghai and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It is perfectly located, but more than that, the hotel itself is stunning and we had a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful surprise from hospitality staff. After a great night sleep, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!!!. it's fantastic with so many options. This hotel staff could not be better. A few people stood out. We wanted to say thank you to Mr Ivan and Mr Jeffery. They helped us all week, and it was a joy to speak with each morning. A very special thank you to Mr Andy! What a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Ask for him if you need anything, he treated us like family. We will be back

The hotel was newly renovated and very nice. The English-speaking staff at the reception desk helped us with everything (calling a taxi, ordering food). The breakfast was very good. But unfortunately, the room was not very clean. By the way, we also loved the little robot.

Everything is amazing! You get to do free laundry, the staff is nice, wide places to hang out inside or outside, multiple showers and small shelves in your sleeping area to put stuff - which is not that common in hostels and I'm here for it. (There was even a gym area which I didn't get around to use, but still!)
