On the day of my birthday, my wife informed the hotel about the occasion, and the staff immediately went above and beyond to make the day special, preparing a surprise celebration in our room—completely free of charge. When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. Very good and nice hotel, location is perfect, in Sea World area - just perfect, Many restaurants and good music around there. Hotel is good, clean, nice rooms, sub way station in front of the hotel.
