The location is good and the nearest metro station is just 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was good and there was lots of variety for all travelers. Free Shuttle Bus to Canton Fair complex was accessible easily from both ends (pick and drop) and most importantly, everything was as per their shuttle bus schedule. There will be no problem for travelers who do not know Chinese well as their reception desk knows moderate English and they were helpful.

The helpfulness of all front desk staff around the clock. The respect for privacy. How they go the extra mile to use translation devices. The mattress was excellent but everything else about the bed and lightings was also great. They even provided umbrella in the room in addition to all the super high class hygiene materials and soaps.

Very good received by the staff. They arranged everything well for us. The facilities are even better than described. It has a great pool inside and outside and the gym is very good for a hotel gym. Breakfast was also great, lots of options for western and eastern people! Had a great stay! Also, the location is very good!
