I received a service from my manager, johnson, for 5 days. He was very friendly and very familiar with English. He upgraded the room condition i wanted for free, and thanks to him, I had a perfect vacation in shanghai. I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.
