We loved everything: the room is amazing, the bed so confortable, the shower big enough for 2 people, the welcome juice, the view from the terrace, the breakfast with plenty of options, the location just perfect-city center, 2 min walk from the subway station, just everything. I had an amazing stay at XIZI Hotel. Chelsea is extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us. We needed to change rooms and had a lot of luggage. The bellboys were very hardworking and helped us move the luggage without any complaint. We are really grateful for their efforts. What's more, the hotel arranged a room in a style that our parents liked very much, which made our whole family satisfied. The garden in the hotel is large and very suitable for a stroll, providing a pleasant experience. The facilities in the room are brand new and well-equipped. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at XIZI Hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will choose to stay here again in the future.
