Very clean and cozy place. Booked 1st day with smaller room and 2 with bigger room, and they were kind enough to upgrade my first day room(as there is room available and also to avoid me moving btw room the next day). Free laundry given (self service) and 24 hours front desk. The room is really big and sooo clean! Easy to get around by walk/car. During my last day as I was rushing to train station, reception even help to request taxi driver rush for my tight schedule. Definitely worth value of $ and recommended!!!

The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.
