Our stay went perfect. Everything in this hotel looked clean and new, not only rooms but also public spaces like lobby. The location is great for Beijing exploration if you're there for the first time. I also want to mention amazing concierge who helped us with booking sights tickets and calling taxis.

Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, explaining where to go, helping with solving SIM card issue, advising on places to visit and treating guests with delicious local tea! The location is very convenient with nearby metro stations, just a few minutes from the most popular places in the city. It’s warm inside even during the cold winter. We were also recommended an unforgettable trip to the Great Wall of China.

The facilities are just a dream, specially during winter time. The breakfast are just amazing! The staff very helpful and the bedrooms are for royalty but very comfortable and silent. Best location ever close to the main shopping streets.

Super clean and near the subway. This hotel (though not very new), it feels like home. The hotel staff makes extra effort to ensure we had a good stay. The bed was comfortable, and I love the super clean toilet. Kudos to staff Kelvin Li, he had upgraded our room knowing it was my birthday.
