We stayed three nights in Wulingyuan, and our experience was wonderful. The lady who runs the place was incredibly kind and helpful — she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped us buy the park tickets, and thanks to her, everything was super easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we could do our laundry at no extra cost, and there was coffee available downstairs. The location was also great — within walking distance to the park entrance. We truly recommend this accommodation 100%! The host’s kindness made our stay unforgettable.

The staff was very helpful and helped us plan our itinerary, as well as purchase the tickets. We had no issues with the stay. We also got a gift while checking out. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also really good

Ralph and his staff are exceptional: polite, very friendly, super helpful, and spend time explaining routes to follow for Tianzhi Shan, Yuanjiajie and Yuanjiajie. Room was cleaned and very comfortable. For its price, everything is beyond my expectations.
